Our Projects

1. Rehabilitation of Unit No.1 in Al-Musaib Power Station (300 MW),
   which includes: Boiler, Turbine, generator & all auxiliaries (Pumps, valves, Heat exchanger, tanks, water treatment plant, pipe lines…etc). Also the maintenance for the Sub-Station (indoor & Outdoor) of the unit in (all the Unit Transformers, C.Bs & checking all cables and wiring diagrams).



2. Rehabilitation of Unit No.2 in Al-Musaib Power Station (300 MW) which includes: Boiler, Turbine, generator & all auxiliaries (Pumps, valves, Heat exchanger, tanks, water treatment plant, pipe lines…etc). Also the maintenance for the Sub-Station (indoor & Outdoor) of the unit i.e. (all the Unit Transformes, C.Bs & checking all cables and wiring diagrams). Also the replacement of all the local control instruments & control panels with all cables & wirings then install a new instrumentation equipments & control panels with new cabling and wiring.

3. Execution of 400KV transmission lines.

4. Rehabilitation the fourth unit of Baghdad South Power Station (55MW).

5. Rehabilitation of (3) 80 Ton/h water tube boilers replacement of about 39000m of bank tubes, riser tubes, economizer tubes headers …etc. 

6. Rehabilitation a 5 Ton/h boiler.

7. Rehabilitation of about 20 hospitals boilers of different capacities.

8. Rehabilitation of water- pumps of Baghdad Municipal Office.

9. Rehabilitation of the boiler of Al-Rasheed Hotel.

10. Rehabilitation of the following items in the posts and concrete frames factory:
    • Reconditioning of three boilers, Designing and executing of the relatives control panels. Erection
    • Reconditioning of 3-over head cranes, a 60 cubic meters/hour concrete patching plant, tubes and pumps located in the factory.

11. Rehabilitation of two boilers in Al-Qadisiya Company.

12. Manufacturing of 2 Ton/Hr boiler for Salfonic factory, 1996.

13. Manufacturing of (3) boilers 2 Ton/h each for three private soft drinks factories, 1999.

14. Manufacturing of 5 Ton/h boiler for pre cast concrete factory, 2000.

15. Manufacturing of 1 Ton/h boiler for Golden tomato paste.

16. Manufacturing of 1 Ton/h boilers for Ibin-Yoanis Company.

17. Consulting and supervision for the rehabilitation of petrochemical Company boiler in Basrah.

18. Supplying of many spare parts for boilers to Al-Faris Company.

19. Dismantling, transferring and re-constructing of 5 Ton/h boiler from Al-Rasheed factory to Al-Ma’moon factory for the state company of vegetable oil production.

20. Rehabilitation of boilers and turbines of thermal power units no.1,2,3 in Baghdad south power station also carrying out the maintenance for the generators and automatic control & protection systems for these units.

21. Rehabilitation of boilers and turbines of thermal power units no.3 in Dora power station.

22. A contract of complete assessment of 39 diesel generators of 2MW each has been carried out by our technical staff in Mosul.

23. Baghdad co. has been recently awarded a contract of erecting, installing and commissioning two gas units each 40MW in ALSAMAWA southern Iraq.

24. Dismantling 6 gas turbine frame 5 from Portugal and transferred to Dubai for rehabilitation and then transferred to be installed with another (2) used units and (8) new units fram (5).
